The property welcomes you through an entrance hall that leads into a generously sized living room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen television with DVD player. Adjacent to this space is a combined kitchen and living area equipped with a dining table, offering a convivial setting for shared meals. A shower room with WC is also available on this level.
On the upper floor, you will find 3 sleeping areas: 1 room furnished with 1 double bed and a flat-screen television, as well as 2 additional rooms each containing 2 beds. This floor also features an alcove measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a cosy supplementary sleeping nook. A full bath and shower room with WC serves this floor. On the 2nd upper floor, 1 open room with sloping ceilings houses 2 beds and a flat-screen television, and opens directly onto a private balcony.
