The view made it!

Small but well equipped and in an ideal location. St Valery is a charming little town and a great base for a short break in the area. Do visit the Parc Marquenterre, a beautiful wetland preserve for a huge variety of birds.

Een kort maar fijn verblijf in Saint-Valérie-sur-Somme

M'n verblijf duurde (maar) 4 dagen, die ik dan vooral buiten doorbracht of in het gehuurde appartement. Dit is voorzien van de nodige minimale accomodatie.Het appartement ligt heel centraal in het stadje, wat praktisch is. De ontvangst was uitstekend, door een sympathieke eigenaar.M'n verblijf is probleemloos verlopen, maar wat vermoedelijk meespeelde was dat ik er alleen verbleef. Het appartement is heel klein; nog wel geschikt voor koppels die nog goed overeenkomen of smoorverliefd zijn, wat minder voor mensen tussen wie er spanningen zijn. Je kunt elkaar echt niet ontlopen (tenzij je naar buiten gaat).Ook tevreden met de tips die de eigenaar me gaf ivm activiteiten of bezoeken, ook de bakker met gevarieerd aanbod er rechtover was praktisch.Het zicht uit het raam is wellicht de hoofdtroef van dit appartement; je raakt er eigenlijk amper op uitgekeken. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor een boeking begin april is zeker ok.

Baie de Somme à vélo

petite ville magnifique, habitant.es charmant.es, très belle région qui se prête parfaitement au vélo. Quelques prix excessifs tout de même malgré le hors saison. Tout petit studio meublé triste avec une armoire de grand-mère qui prend toute la place et qui est cher pour un hors saison (4 nuits en octobre pour 1 personne = 362€) Vue magnifique, MAIS juste au dessus (1er étage) de la terrasse d'une pizzeria! De plus la sortie de la hotte arrive sous votre nez et donc dans le studio, où d'ailleurs vous entendez le ronronnement de la hotte. En été cela doit être une vraie nuisance. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un temps assez froid (octobre), alors personne sur la terrasse, mais bruit et odeur de la hotte dans la pièce. Heureusement que la baie de Somme, elle, n'est pas décevante.

Idéal !

Situation idéale dans St Valéry, entrée par la rue piétonne au RdC et fenêtre sur la baie de Somme au 1er étage. D'où nous avons vu le lever et le coucher de soleil (début août). Et un phoque en face !

Een kamer met uitzicht

We verbleven veertien dagen in St.Valéry sur Somme. De studio was ons rustpunt en vertrekpunt. Het zicht op de baai met het steeds wisselende licht, de getijden, de vogels ... was zo uniek. Dat maakte de studio die sober en smaakvol is ingericht tot een klein paradijs. Meer hadden we niet nodig.

Très bien!

J’ai aimé l’endroit, très central par rapport à St- Valery ou pour visiter d’autres villages de la côte. C’était très propre mais j’avais décidé de faire le ménage avant de quitter (sinon payant) et j’aurais aimé avoir au minimum un balai. Le matelas était très confortable mais les lattes de la bases ont tendance à ce défaire. Mériterais une mise à jour mais ça ne m’a pas empêché de bien dormir. J’ai eu des problèmes de communication cellulaire et le wifi aurait pu m’aider mais il n’y en avait pas sur place. Très bon moment, merci.

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. 👌

L'appartement est très bien situé, vue sur la baie de Somme et en face d'une boulangerie. Parfait pour visiter Saint Valery sur Somme. L'appartement est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Canapé lit est ok, matelas un peu mou mais ça nous a pas tant dérangé que ça.

Perfekte Lage

Kleines, aber feine Wohnung. Das Klappbett nimmt etwas viel Platz ein, man klappt es nach gebrauch am besten immer wieder ein.

Situation idéale pour visiter toute la baie de Somme

Chaleureux studio avec vue imprenable sur la baie. Situation idéale pour visiter les environs, du Tréport au sud, jusqu’à Fort Mahon au Nord. La possibilité de ranger nos deux vélos dans le hall de la résidence a été un plus très appréciable.
