Whilst the house sleeps 8, smaller groups for example 4 golfers may find it an ideal option.

It is decorated in keeping with its traditional style with artworks & antiques. Rosebank has front & back gardens with parking immediately in front of the house.
Unfortunately, Rosebank is not wheel chair friendly.

Rosebank is positioned in the middle of Gullane, well known as East Lothian’s most sought after coastal village, with wonderful walking and sandy beaches as well as a variety of shops, bakeries, cafes, pubs & restaurants. It is a golfing paradise with Gullane, Luffness, Muirfield, Archerfield & Renaissance golf courses within minutes walk or a drive away.

North Berwick is 5 miles along the road, another charming affluent seaside town offering more beaches, a harbour & boat trips to the incredible Bass Rock gannet colony plus more top tier golf courses.

Edinburgh is about an hour's drive - there are also many buses and trains which travel frequently to & from Gullane & North Berwick to Edinburgh.
