As this is a historic building, it was not possible to install air conditioning. However, the apartment is equipped with heating.

Although located in a very central and lively area, the apartment benefits from good sound insulation.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 1st floor (ground floor considered level 0) of a building without an elevator.
This property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility, as access is exclusively via stairs.
Rua das Flores is a pedestrian street with limited vehicle access. For Uber/Bolt arrivals, we recommend using Starbucks on Rua Mouzinho da Silveira as a meeting point.

A €250 security deposit will be requested before check-in. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damage occurs.
