The kitchen sink had a terrible sewerage smell every time you took the plug out from washing your dishes as well as when the washing machine was going. Drain cleaner was dropped off, but that did not help at all. The two single chairs in the lounge were really uncomfortable. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, bowls, plastic containers. I did ask for dustbins and fans for the two bedrooms as it was sooooo hot in the flat, especially the loft room. We did receive these. We were not told about when and where to put out the rubbish. No recycling was offered while we were there for three weeks.
