Ormiston House in Enford, Wiltshire, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Ormiston House consists of a kitchen/diner with double electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, along with a utility providing washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and fridge/freezer,. There is a dining room with seating and a piano, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, and a study with a selection of books. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a double, and a twin, served by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Underfloor heating and electric heating are provided throughout. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen and boot room only. Stonehenge is the closest attraction to Amesbury and the 2 mile walk across the historic landscape is both invigorating and interesting. Salisbury is well worth a visit, being the jewel in Wiltshire's crown. The city offers historic streets with charming half-timbered buildings, traditional pubs, characterful shops and a twice-weekly market. Should you wish to explore further afield a short distance will take you to the New Forest National Park, and the Hampshire and Dorset coasts.
