Arriving by car you can park temporarily in the street, in order to unload your luggage and then park the car later, in the street in front of the building.



If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 10 minutes walk from the apartment or for those who love transport, just 4 minutes on the back of a taxi or bus.



Once you reach the building, a complex with a newly renovated facade and entrance, you will have the convenience of collecting the keys in total autonomy, directly from the safe. Needless to say, the convenience of being able to arrive at any time in total freedom.



Crossing the main door, after a few steps, you will arrive at the first floor where on your right, you will find the first access door to the atrium of the apartment. Once inside, your door will be the one marked with the number 1, right in front of the main door.



A free WiFi access box next to the entrance door will make you immediately feel at home.



Once you cross the threshold of your home, you will find yourself in the bright living area with a kitchen complete with everything you need to face even the longest stays. A modern induction hob, a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and machine for a good Nespresso coffee complete the kitchen.



Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.



A 4-seat table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar are placed in the various compartments.



To the left of the hall, you will have access to the first of the three bedrooms.

Proceeding further into the Suite, you will find a generous wardrobe that will allow you to hang your clothes and place your luggage.



The two very comfortable beds with Pillow Top padding will guarantee you a satisfying sleep.



You will have at your disposal all the necessary comforts such as the high definition Full HD SmartTV which will give you the ability to access your streaming accounts, a must for entertaining the little ones on rainy days.



There is also a hot and cold air conditioning which will ensure you always stay in an environment at the ideal temperature.



Taking a few steps back into the entrance, on your right, you will have the bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic sanitary ware, toilet with bidet shower and a shower with which you can regenerate yourself before going to sleep or before leaving for a new adventure!



Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for your stay.



From the living room, continuing straight on you will arrive in the corridor, from which you will have access to the other two Suites, set up and furnished with the same style and the same options as the Suite described previously.



In particular, the suite on the right also has access to a small external balcony.



In the atrium of the apartment, a washing machine and a dryer are available to share for free for the guests of the various apartments.

And when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.



From Genoa, the largest Ligurian city, you will have the opportunity to use every possible means of transport to explore the coast and its beautiful seaside villages or perhaps venture into the hinterland in search of renowned farmhouses or go trekking in the nearby Beigua Park.



Are you just passing through, to fly to exotic shores? Choosing this apartment will therefore be ideal, placing you just a few minutes from Genoa's Cristoforo Colombo airport.



Maybe you are passionate about shopping and the many shops in the center are not enough for you? With a relatively short trip out of town you can reach Serravalle with its huge fashion outlet, where you can find your favorite brands.



For those who love good food, we remind you that Liguria offers a variety of recipes famous all over the world and only here you can taste the real Genoese Pesto, Focaccia di Recco and much more.



The Historic Center and the Old Port then change their appearance during aperitif time or after dinner. The more curious will be able to explore the typical Caruggi or Alleys in search of the most suitable place for them.
