The property can be reached from the A4 Milan–Venice motorway, with exit at Desenzano del Garda. For those arriving by plane, Verona Catullo Airport is the closest, just 35 minutes by car; Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio can be reached in about one hour, Milan Malpensa in two. With the possibility of private transfers or car rental at the airports, it is easy to arrive. For a truly exclusive arrival, it is also possible to land by helicopter in the large surrounding lawn.

The villa is distributed over 3 levels:

🔸Ground floor:

You will be welcomed by a large living area divided into a lounge area with TV and a large sofa, a bathroom, and a cozy relaxation area with a fireplace, which connects the living room to a spacious dining room enriched by an additional relaxation corner with armchair and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed to prepare delicious dishes.

🔸First floor:

You will find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, carefully designed down to the smallest detail to offer an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. Each room has a private bathroom to ensure maximum privacy. Two bedrooms enjoy a beautiful lake view, while the other two overlook a large terrace where you can spend peaceful moments. The sleeping area will be the ideal place to enjoy maximum rest.

🔸Second floor:

Spacious and functional environments await you, with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a large living area with sofas, perfect for spending time together. The floor also features a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This area is particularly suitable for a small family looking for their own space or for young people who wish to create a small retreat separate from the rest of the group.
