Benefiting from a private rooftop terrace, two bathrooms, and living areas set under the eaves, it provides a practical base. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor with stair-only access, including a private internal flight of stairs immediately upon entering the flat.
While the main living areas are set across a single level, the property features a split-level entrance:
