Our charming 67 sqm home is a gem in the heart of the East Wall. Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely house is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Royal Canal, 3Arena, and EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum
This house is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private garden with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms have UK double beds, both with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

East Wall is a historic neighbourhood on Dublin’s northside, situated between the River Liffey, Dublin Port, and the Docklands. Developed in the 18th and 19th centuries on reclaimed land, it was traditionally home to dockworkers and retains a strong working-class heritage and close-knit community spirit. Today, East Wall combines older terraced housing with newer developments influenced by the nearby International Financial Services Centre. Its location offers easy access to the city centre, while nearby highlights include Royal Canal, 3Arena, and EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, making it a convenient and culturally rich area.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Point Village (line N4), is just a 5-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
