Villa Maroc is a charming family holiday home designed for relaxed stays together, with space for up to eight guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main house is light and welcoming, featuring crisp white walls with blue accents, light laminate flooring, and carefully chosen local artwork. The layout is practical and comfortable, with air conditioning in the sitting room and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy living space with sofas, TV and fireplace. A self-contained garden room provides additional privacy, complete with a double bed, kitchenette, washing facilities and its own bathroom, making it ideal for guests seeking a little independence.
Outside, Villa Maroc is set within a wild natural garden that wraps around the property, creating a sense of space and openness. The fully fenced swimming pool is a central feature, surrounded by sun loungers and designed with safety in mind. Families will appreciate the variety of outdoor activities available, including a trampoline, a basketball net set in a shaded courtyard, and a quirky tree house that children will love. A terracotta patio with a dining table and parasol offers a comfortable setting for outdoor meals, while artistic touches scattered throughout the garden add personality and charm.
Despite its peaceful rural setting, Villa Maroc is well connected. Barcelona Airport can be reached in around 40 minutes, while the centre of Barcelona is approximately an hour away. For day-to-day essentials, the nearest village with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants is only five minutes away, and the main coastal motorway is also within easy reach.

The villa is just a five-minute drive from the nearest village, where guests will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, making it easy to stock up on essentials or enjoy a casual meal out. The main coastal motorway is also five minutes away, allowing for straightforward travel along the coast and inland.
For those keen to explore further afield, Barcelona Airport can be reached in approximately 40 minutes, offering convenient access for international arrivals and departures. Within around one hour, guests can be in the centre of Barcelona, home to world-famous architecture, cultural attractions, shopping and dining. This makes day trips to the city an easy and appealing option during a stay at Villa Maroc.
The sandy beaches of the popular seaside resort of Sitges are around 15-minutes drive from the villa. Known for its lively promenade and clear shoreline, Sitges offers a classic beach escape close to home. This combination of countryside surroundings, coastal access and proximity to Barcelona makes Villa Maroc a well-placed base for a varied holiday.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.
