Breakfast bar with four stools.
Utility room on the first floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate freezer.

Bedroom three (ground floor) with a king-size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, 40 inch TV and bedside tables.
Bedroom four (ground floor) with a king-size zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, 40 inch TV and bedside table.
Family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and shower attachment, walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, and WC.
Separate bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail and WC.
