Unique log cabin in beautiful Vrådal

Let yourself be charmed by this unique timber-framed cabin that takes you back to Viking times. With logs stacked on top of each other and insulation that keeps the weather out and the heat in, you'll experience an instant sense of calm and coziness.



The interior has been carefully selected to create a cozy atmosphere. The velour sofa and furniture provide a soft and exclusive design, while sheep fur brings nature inside. The kitchen is solid pine in a typical cabin design, but with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and large fridge. Large oak dining tables provide seating for the whole family, and are illuminated with a beautiful prism lamp that provides a lovely soft lighting.



Outside the cabin you can enjoy nature with countless hiking trails, summit trips to Hægefjell and the opportunity to rent a canoe or paddle board. Take a walk over the locks to the city center and enjoy a delicious lunch at Handelslaget café, or go to Straand hotel for a better dinner in the evening. Whatever the season, there's always something to do in Vrådal. In winter you have skiing nearby, with 18 downhill runs, a total of 16 km, 5 lifts and 3 ski belts.



Ski in / ski out: There are both cross-country ski trails and alpine resorts right outside the cabin.
