Entrance to a spacious living room with a veranda, featuring a sofa, double bed, TV, and a bright kitchen with a dining table and dishwasher. Air conditioning in the living area. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bedroom with a double bed.
The property also includes a garden with table and chairs and two covered parking spaces.
Pets are welcome.
Self-check-in is available via a locker with keys, a code for which will be provided on the day of arrival.
Payment is due in advance by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.
The price includes:
- location
- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- 24 hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
