Welcome to this newly renovated home where Nordic design meets historic charm. Located in peaceful Gullabo, surrounded by a traditional stone wall on a 2,000 square meter plot, the house offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility.





The well-thought-out floor plan of 100 square meters is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with majestic skylights that frame the night sky.





The spacious 70-square-meter terrace serves as a second living room during the summer months. There are barbecue facilities and lounge furniture, while the garden offers a trampoline and soccer goals for younger guests.





From the house, you can quickly reach several nature experiences - a fishing lake just 5 minutes away and a swimming lake within a 10-minute drive. Explore the picturesque coastal town of Kalmar with its historic castle, or take a day trip to Öland to experience its beautiful beaches.

For those seeking peace and quiet, the house is beautiful, but you always have to take the car to get to the coast or a larger city. The house is furnished with great care and has a lot of character, as much of the original decor from when it was built remains.
