Esta hermosa casa es perfecta para reuniones multifamiliares y tiene capacidad para un mínimo de 12, con 5 habitaciones, 4 baños y un área de loft adicional. Se incluyen 12 pases SHARC gratuitos y la casa tiene aire acondicionado para mantenerte fresco en los meses de verano.
Disfrute de la gran suite principal con techos abovedados, acceso a la terraza y baño en suite con bañera profunda. El maestro de abajo está abierto a la cubierta inferior y también tiene un baño en suite. Ambos maestros tienen camas king, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen, el cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y el quinto dormitorio tiene una litera con dos camas individuales en la parte superior y un futón de tamaño completo en la parte inferior más una cama individual. Clean and updated house great for a large family

Great property in sunriver right on a golf course. House was very clean and updated. Large dining and family room area. Deck was large with a lot of seating.

Family Spring Break

This was a great place for multiple families. Plenty of room, and child-friendly. It was clean and pretty well stocked. Would visit again!

Quiet Oasis with lots of room for multiple families

Three families stayed at this property. We were very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen! We enjoyed the large dining table for meals as well as games. Loved have 4 bathrooms and the hot tub! We really appreciated the owner and property management's communication.

Great spot in North Sunriver

Amazing spot for a big group. Exactly as described. Really well appointed kitchen and check in and out is easy. Access to the water park for winter (indoor) and summer (outdoor too). ** We stayed in winter and found the downstairs a bit chilly. Be aware. The bunk room, twins and second master is down there.

Family Time

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. It is a great location within Sunriver and a great floor plan for multiple couples. The home was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all your needs covered in addition to basic spices. There are hot tub towels in the home, but bring towels to use at the SHARC. (This is not a reflection on the owners—they were great to work with, but the home is managed by a property management company that provides very basic, low-quality paper products, so if you are picky about your TP, paper towels, or Kleenex, bring your own.)

Great Location

The Spacious home fit our entire family perfectly. If you have difficulty with stairs, be aware that to get to the main level it is 2 sets of stairs. I booked this house because it said it had a master suite on the main floor. Not realizing that you had to use 2 sets of stairs to get to the main floor. The house was well stocked with bikes and bike helmets, and the passes to the water park was a nice bonus. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items, BUT not a sharp knife in the house, so if you are planning on cooking, not having a sharp knife, might present a problem like it did for us, Overall great place to stay with a large group.

Wonderful family time together!

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for my husband and I, our 3 adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren! It was peaceful and lovely being on the edge of the forest and golf course. Beautiful, light and peaceful atmosphere. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, bathrooms for each family, great kitchen and living area! Our grandchildren loved the SHARC pools and we had fun everyday there! So many bike trails and mountain biking trails to explore as well. We have a beautiful time as a family there!

Family Retreat - Perfect Location

We had a splendid experience at this property. The owner was super flexible and communicated quickly and clearly. We needed to change our original trip dates, and then because the airline changed our flights - we had to change again. Suzanne was great - allowing us to modify the reservation and being accommodating throughout the whole process. The property was perfect - exactly as described. Lots of space, comfy beds, plenty of cooking gear and a great location. We spent our days exploring Sunriver and driving up to Bend - hiking, biking, rafting, playing Pickleball, etc. We did it all - and each night came back to the property to cook a family meal, play board games and laugh all night. We will be back!

Family Fare

Overall, house worked well for our family of nine--ages 73 to 11. The neighborhood is nice and being on the golf course, yet separated by trees, gave us a sense of privacy. (The very dead evergreen tree by the house in the back needs to be removed pronto, though, before fire season hits.) The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to be preparing food at the same time and the plethora of spices, dishes, cookware, and appliances was great. Management was responsive to problems when we reported them. Some general maintenance items need to be addressed, like dirty carpets and deck peeling, but we realize that's hard when folks are staying there constantly. Our major gripe was with the AC. To be comfortable on the main floor, the basement got really chilly and yet the loft was still hot. Luckily, there were fans available. A surprise bonus was the recliner in the living room and also the 'bar/desk' type table overlooking the living room behind the couch, where family members with work to do, could use lap tops yet be included in family time or movies. We've stayed at other Sunriver rentals and we all concurred that, for our family, we liked this one the best.

Family Holiday Experience

We enjoyed our trip to Sunriver. The house was wonderful! There were 12 of us and accommodated all of us easily. Any questions/concerns we had were reported to the number left as the contact. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect multi-family getaway

We had a great time in this house! We had 4 families and plenty of room. We never even used the loft. The hot tub was wonderful, as the weather was cold and rainy. The open kitchen living room is a good floor plan, plus the game room for the kids downstairs. Would like to come back when the weather is warmer.

A wonderful spring break getaway

We had a wonderful spring break getaway. This house was just as pictured, and the location was great. Check in was super easy, and communication with the host was good with quick responses. This house has everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. And when I say everything, I mean everything . They provide plenty of towels and hot tub towels for everyone and little extras like washing machine detergents exc. that most houses don’t. The bikes in the garage were amazing to have to use and the hot tub was nice and clean. We had a group of 12 (7adults, 4 16-17 year olds and 1 that was 12) and this house was plenary big for all of us. The best part is that we all fit in the great room area to play cards, eat meals, or just hang out. The only negative to this house were the beds. Although I know some like really hard beds, we did not. These beds were super super hard and not the most comfortable. Although not a deal breaker, we would definitely rent this house again. ONC Women's Ski Trip

We had 10 women having a wonderful weekend cross country skiing. The home provided a great experience sharing food, hot tub, laughs and wonderful accomodations. I would recommend this beautiful spacious home to anyone.

Cozy and comfortable

We had a great time at this Sunriver rental. Lots of room for the whole family. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the baby gear as well. We were lucky and had lots of snow.

Beautiful Home With Many Amenities

This home was perfect for our multi birthday celebration. Plenty of space for a large group. Furnished nicely with cozy home feeling. Kitchen stocked with anything you could need to cook a great meal. Second fridge in the garage was nice too. Nice upper deck with patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Hot tub, bikes & Foosball table were added bonuses to enjoy also. Overall a great home for any occasion! We're looking forward to planning another trip to come back & stay :)
