This condo is furnished and supplied with brand new everything for turnkey seasonal rentals. King bed in master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, queen size bed in guest bedroom. Pullout couch bed in extra room off the family room for extra guests. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 50" LG Smart HD LED TV In family room and 32" LG Smart HD LED TV in master bedroom with HD, Sports and Entertainment package included with DVR. Internet provided by Comcast Xfinity with super boost (200mbps) included in your stay. With TPC Treviso Bay Golf membership included, social membership included, bikes included, beach chairs included, etc. you have Resort Style pools, beaches, golf and exercise all in one while staying at your home away from home in our newly decorated condo.

Condo complex is closest in Treviso Bay to the new 60,000 sq ft golf and restaurant clubhouse. Tennis, bocce, basketball, aerobics, spa, resort pool, etc. included. Satellite pool with grills, chairs, tables directly in front of building. 5 miles to Marco Island, 5 miles to Naples beaches, 4 miles to 5th Ave and downtown Naples, 1 mile to shopping. Easy 1 1/2 hour drive to Ft Lauderdale Airport or Miami Airport or 30 minutes from Ft Meyers or Punta Gorda Airports. Pictures don't lie but they don't show all there is in Treviso Bay. The amenities, the condo unit, the beautiful grounds and more show the beauty of this one of a kind resort.
