Imagine a relaxing vacation in the peaceful countryside, where this charming villa offers the perfect location for nature-loving families. The villa is located on a large property near Montaione and combines privacy with easy access to the cultural gems of the region.



Inside, you will find a newly renovated villa in rustic Tuscan style furnished with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The villa is spread over two floors and has five bedrooms and several bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and bedroom that is accessible to wheelchair users.



Outside, you can enjoy the large veranda with dining area and the large private pool, surrounded by a lush garden (the pool is available from 12/04 to 18/10). It is the perfect place to relax or have fun with the family. There is also a built-in barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for cooking together outdoors.

The house is very pleasant and fully equipped, making it perfect for a group of family or friends with children. The natural setting is relaxing; the house stayed cool despite the summer heat, and the private pool was ideal for unwinding. The owners were very welcoming and particularly responsive when a major thunderstorm in the region caused power outages. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a fabulous stay. The pool was a real highlight, and the kids barely wanted to leave it. The host was wonderful: incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful, even booking restaurant reservations for us, which made our evenings easy. The house is large and well suited to sharing. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of different seating areas inside and out where the kids could go off and play. It never felt crowded. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodelled, so everything is new and in excellent shape. The only nitpicky thing: the property sits down in a valley, so it doesn’t have the classic sweeping Tuscan-hills view you might picture. But those views are a quick 10 min drive away. So a small trade-off for everything else the place offers. We’d happily return, and recommend it especially for two families travelling together.
