Welcome to Hesede Hovedgård, a historic villa built as a widow's residence for a countess from Gisselfeld. Here you will stay in a house with centuries of history, where the name Hesede means 'where the deer live'. The beautiful location by Hesede Forest offers you peace and quiet while still providing access to the cultural life of South Zealand.



The villa combines historical charm with modern comforts, allowing you to enjoy the authentic atmosphere while having all the amenities for a pleasant vacation.



Surrounding the farm is a beautiful plot with views of the scenic surroundings. At Hesede Hovedgård itself, you will find the design shop Vera's Verden, Akaleje Studio, and a gin shop, all of which are open to visitors and will make your stay even more enriching.



The area offers fantastic experiences such as the Forest Tower, Gisselfeld Monastery, and not far away you will find the impressive Stevns and Møns Klint. Hesede Forest invites you to take walks where you can experience the peaceful nature and maybe even see the deer that gave the area its name.
