The exclusive Villa Flor, located in Stintino, was built according to the design of the well-known architect Luigi Vietti, to whom some of the most beautiful villas on the Costa Smeralda are due.

With its large indoor and outdoor spaces, the property guarantees privacy and tranquility to multiple families or groups of friends.

The space
Villa Flor enjoys large outdoor spaces with a garden, barbecue area and a beautiful private pool that invites you to a relaxing swim at any time of the day. The interiors have 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms for a total of 12 beds, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms in total.

The interiors of the property are arranged on two levels. Both offer an excellent balance between aesthetic and functional choices, with precious materials and finishes and furnishings that contribute to making it comfortable and welcoming.

Ground Floor:

Entering from the main entrance of the Villa, you will immediately find a spacious living area, very bright and refined, divided into two rooms with a sofa and armchairs arranged with a spectacular view of the pool and the outdoor gardens. You will also find the adjacent Dining Area that houses a long glass table, perfect for convivial dinners with family or friends.

There is a complete and organized kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, oven, fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a complete set of utensils. This kitchen will allow you to prepare any type of meal, from light breakfasts to the most elaborate dinners, both in complete autonomy and, if necessary, with a private chef just for you.

Also on this level, we find the main sleeping area, which has 3 comfortable bedrooms with a private bathroom;

• The first has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and direct access to the pool and garden. It has its own private bathroom complete with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.

• The second, also a double room, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and the possibility of being arranged in two single beds. There is a private bathroom complete with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.

• The third bedroom, also with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and direct access to the pool and garden. And in turn, it can also be arranged with two single beds. There is a private bathroom complete with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Basement Floor - First Room:

Accessing the first room located in the basement floor, we can find the second Living Area with Sofas and Armchair, an environment suitable for spending pleasant moments of relaxation in total privacy, away from the rest of the house.

There is a full kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, full set of utensils, and dining table.

This first room offers two other spacious rooms with a private bathroom, of which the following are arranged:

• The first has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and its own private bathroom complete with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.

• The second, with large bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom complete with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Basement Floor - Second Area:

In the second room, we find the third living area, spacious and elegantly furnished, in front of it a beautiful fireplace where you can enjoy the coolest evenings in a warm and relaxing atmosphere, sipping a good glass of wine.

Also in this room there is a complete kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, a hot plate, slicer, oven, complete set of utensils and a large table where you can gather and share unforgettable moments.

There is a full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Arriving at the exterior, you will find the Heart of this wonderful property: a well-kept and extremely private garden and a beautiful Swimming Pool, the perfect oasis to enjoy the utmost relaxation and tranquility with an intimate atmosphere permeated with serenity.

The swimming pool is the beating heart of Villa Flor, located right in front of the living room and easily accessible from all areas of the house; it is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing break at all hours of the day and night. By the pool you can sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers

Adjacent to the pool, you will find an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.
