Upstairs the bedrooms are calm and carpeted, dressed in crisp white linen with warm orange cushions and moonlit mountain artwork above the beds.
The Layout
Living spaces • Living room: deep blue velvet sofa, wall-mounted Smart TV, console with floor lamp, framed mirror, and a pedestal fan for warmer days. The single sofa bed here sleeps a fifth guest.
• Dining room: white marble-topped table seating four on grey velvet chairs, with a window pulling in afternoon light and a frosted glass door through to the kitchen.
• Kitchen: galley layout in pale wood with patterned tile flooring, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, and two breakfast bar stools for a quick coffee.
Bedrooms • Bedroom 1 (Master): king bed, mirrored wardrobe, twin bedside tables with lamps, and a window to the rear.
• Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside table with lamp, and a window overlooking the street.
Bathroom • Family bathroom: bath with overhead shower attachment, basin, WC, large mirror, and a bright frosted window. Playful décor with seaside and toothbrush motifs.
Location Set on a quiet residential street in Gorton, this is a friendly, traditional red-brick neighbourhood with local shops, bakeries, and easy bus and train links into the city centre, roughly 15 to 20 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly. The wider area is known for its green spaces, heritage buildings, and the famous Etihad Stadium just a short bus ride away.

Good to Know Before You Book This is a traditional Manchester terraced house on a lived-in residential street, so you will hear the everyday sounds of the neighbourhood. The front door opens straight into the lounge, and the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is the standard steep terrace-house style with carpeted treads. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower attachment rather than a separate shower cubicle, and the décor in there is more playful than the rest of the house. Parking is free on the street, first come first served, with no permit required. Self check-in is via a lockbox at street level beside the front door, with instructions sent the morning of arrival.
Extra charges Early check-in and late check-out are available at £10 per hour, subject to availability, and can be requested after booking.
Booking policy Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
