Front garden with sitting-out area. Grounds with sitting-out area. Children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the grounds.. Nestled within the grounds of the Grade II listed Georgian Langbaurgh Hall, Gardeners Cottage is a beautifully restored outbuilding brimming with charm, character, and heritage. Set in the picturesque village of Great Ayton, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and beside the Cleveland Hills and the gentle flow of the River Leven, this enchanting retreat offers a truly peaceful escape surrounded by natural beauty.
