Luxury Villa YVONNI is situated in a very calm and authentic neighborhood surrounded by traditional houses. Several beaches, cafés, bistros, restaurants, and a supermarket are all within close proximity (350 meters), making everyday living and leisure easy and convenient. Families will also appreciate the nearby Aqua Park for children. Bike, Motorbike & Quad-rental and Askeli Watersports (Waterski, etc.) are all also just a short distance away. From Askeli Beach, you can easily reach the beautiful monastery and its beach, known for its crystal-clear waters. Poros town and the harbor are less than 2 km away, offering a wide selection of traditional tavernas, fresh seafood restaurants, and vibrant bars for an enjoyable nightlife. The villa is easily accessible, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

It is a truly charming island, small in size, yet rich in atmosphere, offering a wonderful balance of relaxation and vibrancy. What makes Poros so special is its diversity within a close and accessible setting. The island offers a wide variety of beautiful beaches, as well as an inviting selection of restaurants, bars, bistros, cafés, and local shops, all contributing to its warm and welcoming character. Many of these places are within walking distance, making it easy to explore at a relaxed pace and fully enjoy the surroundings without the need for extensive travel. One of our favourite aspects of the island is the lively port area, where boats and yachts often make their first stop before continuing their journey. This creates a unique and vibrant atmosphere, blending local life with a touch of international charm, and offering a constantly changing and engaging seaside experience. Our aim is to share this special place with guests and to provide a welcoming, comfortable environment where you can fully enjoy everything.

Luxury Villa Yvonne is a new building with 2 separate apartments. The ground-floor is 75 sq.meters, 2 bedrooms with a high quality matrass & bed, bathrobe and slippers, its own large wardrope & Flat TV as well as access to the balcony. The living-room has a Sofa-bed (140cm double bed) and also a flat TV. The large full equipped kitchen for 8 people has a microwave, sandwich-toaster, toaster, watercooker, Fridge and freezer, coffee machine with coffee pads and tea etc. The modern bathroom with Italian shower, WC, Lavabo and all kinds of cosmetic toilette articles such as Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo, Toilette paper, hairdryer, handsoap, 3 towels per person plus extra beach towels (1 per person), The laundry house includes wash-machine, dryer, cleaning material, extra bedsheets and towels etc. the large Iron grid garage door leads to a private save parking. The charming flower garden has a Swing bench and swing chair, a coffee break corner a big stone BBQ with a dining table for easily 10 persons. In the garden house you find all cutlery, glasses, dishes etc. for a cozy outside dinner. Further 2 sunbeds are to use for the beach or in the garden. the lightening around the whole house gives the place a very special romantic atmosphere. The environment is very calm and has its own gangway to the house without direct neighbors. Privacy guaranteed.
