Quirky Cottage On The River in Beautiful Llanidloes

We came to Llani to visit friends and fell in love with the town the walks the people. Eventually this will become our forever home. But for now we invite you to share our home, chill on the balcony with a glass of wine or a nice coffee. Watch out for the kingfisher we saw when we woke up on our first morning. Will you see the otters that live in the river. Walk the 1 and a half minutes in to town. Have a nice meal, enjoy something from the little bakery. Visit the Saturday Traders Market. Pop in the car for a short ride to see the Elan Valley or Hafren forest. So much to see and do.
We have a dog, cat and ferret and whilst they wont be there for your stay invite you to bring your own well behaved pets.
Our balcony is approx 12 feet above the river so not suitable for under 5s
We hope you fall in love with llani just as we did.

Hi I'm Liz my other half Phil our spaniel Fern our cat Louis and Ferret Charlie. We love Llanidloes and whilst we save for our move here to make Kingfisher our forever home, we invite you to fall in love with the area just as we have.
We bring our animals everywhere with us and invite you to do the same.
This is a new adventure for us. We hope those who choose to stay with us again will be able to see the upgrades we make to the property along the way

Kingfisher Cottage is located next to the river Severn and whilst I love the cosy lounge and fire place. My favourite thing is to sit on the patio with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the river, can we see those kingfishers or fabled otters. We pop in to town 1.5 minutes walk (no through road so no traffic) have some amazing cake from the bakery, visit the Saturday market, have a meal in any of the cute little restaurants or a drink in any of the pubs.
Save energy for a walk in the beautiful Hafren forest or in the breathtaking elan valley. There are so many adventures on your doorstep
