A Wonderful Studio in Ste. Anne!

We loved this small studio, situated high on a hill overlooking the sea, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Ste. Anne! Our review is actually two different reviews, one for French speakers and one for non-French speakers. This is a 5-star rave review for French speakers, and a 4-star review for non-French speakers. French speakers will have no problems with this rental. While the owner lives in France, he has a lovely local woman, who only speaks French, to guide you to the apartment upon arrival and to help with check out upon departure. (Using GPS is not reliable to find the apartment for the first time.) Aside from problems checking in and checking out, this was an ideal place for us: clean, convenient, quiet, and with a view to kill for! We would stay there again in a minute! The unit is a short drive from Les Salines beaches and the center of Ste. Anne, and not far from some excellent restaurants in nearby towns. It is also walking distance from the Ste. Anne beach (about 10 minutes). There are two hotplates for cooking (though we only did breakfast in the unit), as well as a coffee pot, tea kettle, and toaster. A complimentary bottle of local rum was waiting for us upon arrival. Non-French speakers will find some challenges. The lovely local woman who only speaks French has no tolerance for non-French speakers (why should she?), but since you are reliant upon her to lead you to the unit from the main road, and to introduce you to the unit itself and how it works, not speaking French will hinder you. In our first interaction on the phone with her, she refused to continue talking to us (my husband is fluent in French; I am semi-fluent) without someone interpreting. Luckily, we were in a restaurant where a waiter helped us. Once we met her in person, there was no problem communicating. Knowing how to read French is also important. While there is a theoretical parking space for your car, it was almost always occupied by others, and we had to endure a lecture by a neighbor about parking when we did the best we could. All in all, we loved it here! A welcome booklet of information in English would have made our stay a little easier (which I'd be happy to write!), with, for example, walking directions to the Ste. Anne beach, or how to use the washing machine, and with closing instructions. But even without all of that, even with passable French, you will enjoy staying in this lovely unit, so don't hesitate to book!

Séjour de 14 nuit, sur la commune de St ANNE Vue surplombant sur la mer des Caraïbe avec de magnifique couchée de soleil appartement confortable pour un couple le confort est de rigueur et pratique , Alain est a l'écoute et disponible et reste a l'écoute pour toutes demande très sympas et très gentil . J'ai passé de merveilleuse semaine , le regret a ete de devoir repartir . Que dire de plus je recommande fortement ce propriétaire

Toujours aussi magique

Il s'agit de mon 2e séjour à la location et je suis toujours émerveillée. Accueil très chaleureux de Cécile et de jolies attentions à notre arrivée. Le logement est très bien entretenu et fonctionnel, avec un grand balcon joliment décoré qui nous offre une vue panoramique sur la mer à couper le souffle. Un grand merci à Madame et Monsieur Pierre et également à Madame Cécile. Je vous recommande vivement cette location.

Super logement super vue super accueil

Studio avec superbe vue sur la mer dans un quarter très calme et très bien situé.Tout confort comme a la maison. Placard avec tout le materiel necessaire pour cuisiner. Bibliothèque intéressante. Accueil très sympa de Cecile avec de quoi faire un ti punch et biscuits, confiture pour le petit dej. On a vraiment passé un bon moment. Merci.

Incroyable

L'annonce était en tout point similaire au logement. La vue était incroyable et les propriétaires charmants. Malgré le reconfinement et la situation sanitaire en Martinique, j'ai pu grace aux propriétaires, passer un excellent séjour. Merci pour tout !

Excellent séjour à Ste Anne, grâce à un gîte très bien agencé et équipé, aux bons soins d'Evelyne et surtout de Mme et M PIERRE avec beaucoup de prévenance, de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Nous reviendrons c'est sur, les 67 marches ne nous font pas peur, surtout pour une vue imprenable.

Séjour génial dans un très joli studio, bien équipé, bien situé et à la vue époustouflante. Merci à nos charmants propriétaires d'avoir partagé leur cocon personnel. Beautiful apartment in a great location. In all areas excellently equipped (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, ...) and very clean. Great balcony with incredible views. Very friendly contact with the landlord Joelle and Alain. Quickly answer the questions with extensive additional information. Very pleasant on-site contact and handing over by the commissioner (MMe Zaire). From our point of view highly recommended
