Good to Know Before You Book This flat sits over the upper floors of a terraced home, so there are stairs to climb and no lift. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread across different levels, and a couple of the bathrooms tuck under sloped loft ceilings, so taller guests should mind their head. On-street parking is available for one car using the permit we provide, which must be left on your dashboard; please note there is a £100 fine if the permit is lost. Self check-in is via a key box at street level, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Extra charges On‑street parking is charged at a daily rate, with one permit provided for a single vehicle. Early check‑in and late check‑out may be available on request at £20 per hour for a maximum of two hours, subject to availability and bookable after your reservation through a secure third‑party platform.
Booking policy Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £100 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
