The building`s exterior is still completing, but your comfort won`t be affected. Electric car charging is available. Enjoy a stylish, peaceful retreat with easy walking access to Italy and Nova Gorica. Access is via two flights of stairs.
Our modern first-floor space offers:

- A large bathroom
- Laundry facilities
- Walking distance to Italy and Nova Gorica
- Access via one flight of stairs (plus 1 flight of outdoor stairs)
The building’s exterior and lower floors are still being completed, but any disturbance is minimal and when you walk through the door the property is finalised internally.
