Pre Check-In & Deposit Information

For your comfort and peace of mind, we carry out pre check-in checks at all of our properties. Our property and business insurance requires these measures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you.

A holding deposit is also taken at the time of booking. This remains in your pending balance and is automatically released after check-out, once the property has been inspected and all house rules have been followed.

Safety and security is paramount, so after completing your booking we will ask for some basic information for screening and verification purposes.
