Wir hatten wunderbar erholsame und entspannte 10 Tage. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und Ulla ist eine zugewandte und rücksichtsvolle Gastgeberin. Wer sich dem Touristentrubel entziehen möchte, ist in ihrer liebevoll gestalteten Oase genau richtig.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ursula's lovely property in the mountains above Puerto Mogan, from the excellent communications throughout ; the heartfelt welcome on arrival; the wine abd beers left in the fridge and the immacuate condition of tge accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Molino.It is perfect in every way.The house is in a stunning location with great views from every area and window.We felt right at home ,as Ursula is a wonderful,thoughtful and very friendly host.The pool and outside area are immaculate every morning ,so you can just relax and enjoy your day.

An oasis in a spectacular mountain setting, the ultimate relaxing getaway. The property is beautiful with a real designer feel.Chilling on the large day bed beside the private pool adds to the tranquility.Ursula is an amazing, warm and friendly host.We highly recommend this property, there are great local restaurants and especially the cafe next to the iconic windmill just 2 minutes walk from the property.We will definitely return soon.Jamie & Beccy….

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable chez Ursula. Le logement est parfait, très propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Mais le vrai plus, c’est Ursula : une hôte d’une gentillesse et d’une attention exceptionnelles, toujours disponible pour nous aider et veiller à ce que tout se passe bien. Wir haben uns bei Ulla wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.Die Unterkunft erfüllt alle nötigen Standards und noch darüber hinaus Komfort und einen wunder schönen Außenbereich mit sauberem und gut klimatisiertem Pool! Genug Sonnen und Schatten Plätze stehen den ganzen Tag über zur Verfügung sowie das daybed ist ein Traum! Die Beschreibung der Anfahrt sowie die Kommunikation für Ankunft und Check in waren reibungslos. Wir hatten im Juli einige heiße Tage, da war es toll das die Schlafgelegenheit klimatisiert ist! Aber es geht auch ein angenehmer Wind auf der Höhe Gran Canarias! Es lassen sich zahlreiche Supermärkte und Strände binnen 7-15 Minuten je nach Präferenz erreichen! Very special

If you want peace and quiet in a beautiful location it is difficult to imagine a better choice than La Casa del Molino, at the same time it is a quick drive down this gorgeous valley to the lively towns on the coast. Las Palmas is only a fifty minute drive on an excellent road. Going in the opposite direction up the valley there are more lovely drives to explore through the hills.For a small village there is a surprising choice of restaurants nearby but it is hard to beat eating on your own private terrace. This terrace is beautiful with a choice of ways to relax beside the lovely and well kept swimming pool. To sit at the cocktail hour watching the sun go down behind the hills opposite (I was visiting in winter) creating a pink silhouette is pure magic. If you are lucky, as I was, you will have a bird singing to you most evenings at this time.My partner died recently and I was there alone but I know he would have loved it as much as I did and it is perfect accommodation for a couple.Ulla, the German host has lived in the area for many years. As well as speaking German and Spanish she speaks excellent English. She lives on the premises and is a perfect host. Guests are left alone in privacy but she is always available if needed.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The terrace is amazing; we spent hours relaxing by the pool, we didn’t want to leave! Even in December the pool temperature was fine. The property has lovely furnishings, it’s clean, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bed is also comfortable and we slept well. Ursula has thought of everything and you can tell she takes pride in ensuring her guests are happy. We were grateful for the welcome pack of wine, water and chocolates. It is easy to communicate with Ursula and she is always happy to help with queries or local knowledge. We are so glad we stayed here rather than the Port; it felt more authentic and it was more peaceful. The Port is only ten minutes away by car but we also used the bus to go down, it stops just across the road and it’s easy and cheap. We also walked up to Mogan village for breakfast, or to the restaurant nearby for dinner. It was remarkably easy to relax here and unwind, we hope to return some day. Ursula has another property La Boheme in the village and it also looks lovely so maybe we will try that next time!

Schön gelegen

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und völlig reibungslos. Die Lage sehr gut. Der Pool sauber. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und leider war das Appartment nicht so sauber, wie wir es gewohnt sind von anderen Appartments. Die Herdfläche war schmierig, die gegenüberliegende Wand mit Fett bespritzt. Die Sitzflächen der Stühle und die Auflagen im Außenbereich fleckig. Die Tischdecke auf dem klebrigen Esstisch war fleckig. Viele Küchengegenstände wie Kaffeemaschine mit einem Fettfilm überzogen. Das Geschirr und Besteck unsauber. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der anhaltende (14 Tage) kloakige Geruch im Badezimmer aus den Abflüssen. Das kann mal 1-2 Tage sein, aufgrund der Wetterlage, aber nicht anhaltend. Die Beteuerung der Besitzerin, dass dies sonst nicht sei, half uns nicht weiter, wir haben es dabei belassen und versucht uns mit Abdecken der Abflüsse und zu behelfen. Wissen sollte man auch, dass die langen Fenster in der Küche abgeklebt sind, damit man nicht in den Bereich der Besitzerin schauen kann. Und das Appartment befindet sich nicht vor dem Pool, wie die Bilder es mit der Treppe vermuten lassen, sondern entlang eines Ganges an der Seite.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was perfect with a great pool, outdoor area set in a peaceful village. Just a 10 walk into Mogán village and a 10 bus ride down to the port. Ursula was a very friendly and attentive guest throughout our stay. Would recommend.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo mit eigenem Pool, den wir ebenso genossen haben wie das gemütliche Daybad. Ulla haben wir als kommunikative Gastgeberin kennengelernt, die uns stets mit guten Tips zu Gasto, Ausflügen und Stränden versorgt hat. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert

Simply Wonderful !!

We can say honestly that the villa is immaculate and is the most peaceful of places to spend a holiday. Ursula ensures that you have everything you need to have the perfect break. We spent 8 lovely days there in perfect weather and we could not have hoped for more comfortable accomodatio . We have already booked to come back next year. It was a very nice welcome from Ursula and she supplied water , wine and chocolates on our arrivel. Such a lovely touch. It's a ten minute drive to Puerto de Mogan but is a very easy road to drive in beautiful surroundings. A car is definitely essential and there is ample parking space at the villa. Everything you need to make a wonderful holiday is all laid on and is the most relaxing place to spend days lounging by the pool.. Cant wait to return !!

A peaceful spot with a warm welcome

We really enjoyed our stay at Ursula's place. Ursula made us feel very welcome, with wine, chocolates and a dessert and making sure that we had everything we needed for our holiday. She was a very thoughtful host. The location is quiet, with far-reaching views from the terrace and some excellent restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean (as was the apartment) and the water a lovely temperature. Thank you Ursula!
