Beautiful villa with heated, infinity pool in the countryside of Mondavio, 20 km from the sea

Villa Anna is located near the small town of Mondavio, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino.
Mondavio is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Italy and is certified with the Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club. Mondavio's best-known monument is undoubtedly the Rocca Roveresca, an imposing example of Renaissance defensive construction erected in 1482.
Many other nearby small towns are worth exploring, such as Corinaldo, Urbino, Gradara and Mondolfo.
20 kilometres from the villa are the beautiful beaches of Marotta and Senigallia, with a sandy shoreline and numerous small restaurants and bars, where you can sample one of the area's fish specialities.
Villa Anna is located in the countryside of Mondavio, and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. In particular, from the beautiful infinity pool, it is possible to admire the green hills surrounding the structure.
The pool is also heated and has two indoor whirlpools. It is surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
The villa also features a porch, where a table and chairs are located, and where guests can all eat together outdoors.
Outside the building, there are many uncovered parking spaces.
Villa Anna is a beautiful villa located in the rolling hills of Le Marche, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
This modern property is divided into two independent floors, which are not connected internally, each with its own external entrance.
The upper floor consists of a large living room with sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and mocha coffee pot.
The light-colored parquet floors and large windows give the room a special brightness.
On this floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the lower floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with a small minibar inside, and a bathroom with shower.
All windows in the building are fitted with insect screens.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; heating consumption; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
small and medium-sized pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
