Burgess Mill is a converted Victorian mill building with genuine character - exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and a sense of history that sets it apart from a standard city apartment. The duplex spans two levels, with two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an en-suite on the main floor, and a mezzanine living area above. Sleeps up to six.
The apartment is set up for longer stays. Superfast fibre, a dedicated desk and chair, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine - everything you need to be self-sufficient for a week or more. One allocated space in a gated car park with fob entry is included.

Burgess Mill is on Ashbourne Road, a mile from Derby city centre. Local supermarkets, cafés, and amenities are within walking distance. The A38 and A52 are minutes away by car.
