The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a large shower tray, living-dining room with sofa bed, 55" Smart TV and a spacious fully equipped American kitchen. In addition, it has air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, washing machine, air fryer, travel cot and everything necessary for a comfortable stay during any time of year. 🏡❄️☀️



One of its greatest attractions is its fantastic private outdoor area, where you will find a garden, covered porch, charcoal barbecue and a magnificent private swimming pool of 6 x 3 metres, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Málaga climate with complete privacy. 🏊‍♂️☀️🔥

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.
