The house offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, you will find a private garden with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, and several terraces for relaxing. Despite its peaceful setting, the centre of Puntagorda, with its restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and supermarkets, is only about 400 metres away and can easily be reached on foot.
