Set in a peaceful countryside location near Fairford and just 10 minutes from Cirencester, this cosy lakeside hideaway offers the perfect rural escape surrounded by beautiful Cotswold scenery, wildlife, and wonderful walking routes.

As you arrive through the gate, you’re immediately greeted by uninterrupted views across the lake to your right, where you can often spot birds and local wildlife passing by throughout the day. Directly ahead is the private hot tub area, available to hire for an additional charge — the perfect place to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, the cabin is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully laid out. Enter through the front door and on your right-hand side you’ll find a double bedroom with a sofa , enjoying stunning lake views from the window.

Crossing the hallway, there is a second double bedroom with beautiful views overlooking open fields and local wildlife. Next to this, before the kitchen, is a cosy single bedroom. Along side this, there is a bathroom complete with a shower and WC.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This leads through to a cosy lounge and dining area, featuring a comfortable sofa seating four guests and a dining table with stools — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the countryside.

Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes / delays.

Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot).

One well behaved dog is welcome on request only, to enable us to determine if suitable for the property. Please give details when making your booking. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.

This property is managed by Pass the Keys® Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by Andrea and Caroline. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay!

As you will note, the hot tub can be booked for an additional fee of £85 per stay. Please confirm if you wish to proceed, if not confirmed already.

No parties and no BBQ's at this property. This is a working farm with farm machinery on it. Please take care and stick to the boundary of the property,
