Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire three bedroom house, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. For your convenience, free parking is provided directly on the premises. You can enjoy a seamless arrival with our self check in process using the onsite lockbox.

After booking, you’ll receive an invite with a link to our guest app—this is genuine and grants you access to the house manual and all details about your stay.

You’ll also be asked to complete a verification process, including a deposit or waiver payment, to protect your reservation.

The property is self check-in and keys are available onsite. All instructions will be available in the app 24 hours before check-in, once the verification process is complete.

If you are flying into the region, London Luton Airport is the most accessible, located approximately forty minutes away by car.

We kindly ask that guests are at least 25 years of age to book this property. Please be aware that this is a strictly non smoking property and pets are not permitted. We do not allow events or parties on the premises. Free parking is available for your convenience directly on site.
