Nearby attractions include Worcester Cathedral, the Royal Worcester Museum, the University of Worcester, Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Worcester Racecourse, and a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. For racing enthusiasts, Cheltenham Racecourse is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

As you enter the property, you'll be welcomed into a modern and comfortable living area. The room features a cosy sofa, which converts into a double sofa bed with a mattress included, making it suitable for additional guests. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, giving you access to a range of streaming apps, including ITVX, Channel 4, YouTube, and Netflix. It's also connected to surround sound speakers for an immersive viewing experience.

Please note the house has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) these include stairs to access.

Kitchen:
Leading on from the living room is the brand-new, fully equipped kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, complete with a dining table and seating for up to six guests, overlooking the garden.

All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob & washing machine. We also have a microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso Coffee Machine for you to use at ease.

Bedroom 1:
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. At the front of the house is a king-sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe & TV on the wall.

Main Bathroom:
Next to both bedrooms is the bathroom, it features a bath & a shower, toilet, sink & mirror.

Bedroom 2:
At the back of the house is a small double bedroom, featuring a clothes rail and a wall-mounted TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, providing access to a range of streaming apps.

Garden:
Accessed via the kitchen and dining area, the private garden offers outdoor seating for up to six guests, along with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Parking:
Free private parking is available on the driveway for up to two vehicles, directly outside the property.
