Our 2nd floor room Aakashiya largest room at Blue Root, a French-designed boutique home nestled in Udaipur’s old city.

A charming private sit-out, the “Jharoka,” offers a cozy corner perfect for reading, reflection, or simply unwinding.

Guests also have access to the villa’s open sit-out areas, shared dining space, and the first-floor TV lounge, ideal for relaxing or connecting with fellow travelers in a warm, boutique setting.



Guest Access:

Guest can have acess to there room and common areas like Baithak( Tv Lounge).Chabutara(Terrace sitting) and other common areas



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

*Consumption of non-vegetarian food in the Villa is Prohibited.

* Storing or consumption of any kind of hukka, illegal drug, and material is strictly prohibited.

*Playing loud music is not allowed at all times.

*No parties and gatherings are allowed.

*The guest will have to vacant the apartment immediately in case of any complaints from the society members/neighbours/local authorities, caused because of the guest or their visitor's behaviour. No refund will be processed in such case
