Situated in a peaceful private setting on a large working farm in the very heart of Scotland with beautiful scenery. An excellent base from which to explore the area and all it has to offer. Perfect place to relax or for a family holiday with numerous attractions all within easy reach. Take a day out to visit Edinburgh Castle, Robert Burns Museum, Sensation Science Centre or some of the excellent coastal beaches. The county and its varying terrain including highlands, lowlands, rivers and lochs accommodate some excellent walks, cycle rides, mountain bike trails, water sports, golf and fishing. The River Tay is famous for some of the finest trout and salmon fishing. Experience a true taste of Scotland by following one of the many whisky trails, visiting some of the country's most infamous distilleries and breweries.

Stepping inside to the hallway of this stunning single storey accommodation leads on to the spacious open plan living area with modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is amble space at the dining table to sit and enjoy you evening meal. The patio doors lead out to the enclosed private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee taking in the stunning views over the Perthshire hills. The lounge area offers comfy sofas where you can relax after your day out to watch TV with DVD, freesat and iPod dock. Exploring this attractive property further you will find three large tastefully decorated bedrooms all with wonderful views. One master king-size with flatscreen TV with bluray DVD and freesat, with patio doors leading out to enclosed private balcony. One zip-and-link twin (that can be converted to a super king-size on request) and one super king-size zip-and-link (that can be converted into a twin on request) with spacious en-suite shower and WC. There is also a bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC and a separate shower room with WC.

Stepping back outside you will find mature gardens, dine alfresco on the balcony or picnic bench or relax in the private hot tub at the end of a busy day. There is also an on-site shared play area to keep the children entertained. Grass walkway from the property to restaurant /antique store. Your dogs are welcome to join you during your five-star stay, and you can treat them to some pampering by booking them into the on-site doggy daycare and spa.
