Located along the picturesque foreshore of the Dyfi Estuary, this tasteful apartment offers direct access to a stony stretch of beach providing a charming spot for a picnic or for watching the wildlife along the river. The apartment is set along the edge of the popular harbour village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), and makes a lovely base for couples exploring the southern part of the fabulous Snowdonia National Park. Aberdyfi has plenty of attractions including a championship golf course and a long stretch of golden sand, and is host to a range of activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. The apartment is also nicely placed for visiting some fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes just down the road.

Stepping into this south-facing ground-floor apartment you will find the spacious and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features original oak flooring and a number of exposed wooden beams. With plenty of seating, a TV and a welcoming wood burner, the light and stylish lounge is a wonderful space to snuggle together in the evening and watch a favourite film or chat into the night. There’s also a pretty dining area, perfect for sharing a romantic meal for two which you can rustle up in the attractively designed kitchen. Here you will find a wide range of equipment including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric double oven, gas hob, grill, microwave and washing machine as well as an additional breakfast bar. Towards the back of the apartment is the cosy bedroom with a super-king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and shelves, and a dressing table along with an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The apartment also has a small cloakroom with the gas combi boiler, hanging space and a separate WC.

Heading outside, the apartment is just across the road from the river, with plenty of rural and coastal walks within easy reach. A free parking pass is provided giving you access to the village’s pay and display car parks, the nearest of which is just 200 metres away.
