On entering this newly renovated cottage you will find the boot room, already you get the sense of luxury from this moment, perfect for when you return from a wet and muddy walk. Head down the hallway and find a bespoke, handmade country kitchen complete with bench seating, a farmhouse table, and a log burner for cosy dinners in the winter months. The kitchen is well-equipped for a home from home experience, this includes an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, enjoy your home-cooked meal around the table planning the days ahead. For a relaxing evening, enjoy a nightcap in the sophisticated sitting room adorned with beautiful interior touches, flick through the channels on the Smart TV and find a film to watch, or enjoy some background music on the Bluetooth speaker, whilst the flames flicker on the open fire. Completing this floor is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer linking to a downstairs cloakroom with WC. When sleep calls, head off to bed for a restful night's sleep. At the top of the stairs are two bedrooms both looking out to the estate grounds; a super-king-size bedroom with a day bed for an additional guest and a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twins on request) sharing a stunning family bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and large Victorian-style hand basin and WC.
Heading outside to the garden you will find outdoor seating, a charcoal BBQ, and the hot tub within the walled garden, ideal for whiling away the evening and taking in the fabulous views.
