The property is situated in the small, tranquil village of St Ishmaels just 3.5 miles from Marloes and Dale, 5.2 miles from Broad Haven and 4 miles from St Bride’s Bay. Its proximity to some of Pembrokeshire's most sought-after coastal spots makes it an ideal place for a holiday. Beat the crowds at Marloes Sands (4.5 miles) with its vast expanse of golden sand or head to Dale, popular with sailing enthusiasts and a haven for fans of water sports. Nearby Milford Haven (6.5 miles) has a vibrant marina with a variety of shops and restaurants plus a local theatre/cinema to enjoy.
Enter the property via the back door and into the kitchen and breakfast room. The generously-sized country kitchen has been equipped with an electric range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, ready for you to prepare a meal or nibbles for friends and family. Through the kitchen, there is a separate dining room with seating for eight to enjoy a meal together or an evening of board games as a family. The lounge is at the other end of the hallway corridor. This light, airy space offers ample seating centred around the Smart TV with Netflix and a cosy wood burner. The first of four bedrooms can be found on the ground floor – a double room with an additional sofa to relax on. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor benefitting from a free standing roll top bath with a shower attachment, free-standing shower and WC. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and American fridge freezer.
