This exquisite coastal property boasts stunning panoramic views and meticulous attention to detail. It is nestled on the outskirts of Appledore, within 1 mile of the village's quayside, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, and galleries. During the summer months, take a ferry to Instow village and enjoy the sandy beach, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many pubs, or the local deli. For those who want to indulge in some outdoor adventure, the South West Coast Path and the Northam Burrows Country Park (2 miles), offer breathtaking walks. If you're a surfer, you'll love the nearby beaches at Saunton Sands (17 miles), Croyde (20 miles), and Woolacombe (22 miles). Additionally, Westward Ho! with its two-mile-long golden beach, restaurants, shops, pubs, and golf course is only 2.5 miles away.

To the rear of the property, is a large, enclosed garden, which enjoys fabulous sea views and has a beautifully furnished patio, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining.
