Set within Howgill Valley, on the owners farmland grounds you have plenty on offer along with breath-taking views over the valley. The historic village of Sedbergh is around a 20 minute walk away. Here you can enjoy a variety of amusements from friendly local pubs to quirky shops to quality eateries. Only a short drive away is the Lake District National Park which boats an array of activities such as, taking a boat tour around Lake Windermere or if you prefer to be more adventurous hire a boat and head out yourself. Kendal is a few miles away and is a town stepped in history with Kendal Castle which provides stunning views across the town plus a variety of shops or venues to take your pick from.


Heading up the footpath, inside this fabulous property you will immediately find yourself in the cosy yet bright open-plan shepherds hut with a wood burner effect electric fire. This lovely light space boasts French doors leading to the outside, stunning countryside views and bench seat making it a perfect venue for relaxing whatever the weather. The impeccably designed, compact kitchen area offers all the essentials including a gas two ring hob, combi microwave and a small fridge with ice compartment. Another great feature of this property is the underfloor heating to keep you nice and snug and the sleeping area with Smart TV and king-size bed which includes useful storage underneath. Completing the offering inside the property is the generously proportioned shower room with shower and WC, which provides for a comfortable stay in this beautifully rustic environment.


Outside you will find a patio area with a small charcoal BBQ and seating to enjoy those beautiful views and the luxury bonus of a hot tub. Also a lockable bike storage area. There is also a private parking area.
