This 55 m² holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the coast. With 2 bedrooms and sleeping space for 5 guests, it is an ideal choice for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday near the water.



The open living area combines the kitchen, dining space and lounge, creating a welcoming setting for spending time together. The bright interior makes it easy to unwind after a day at the beach, fishing or exploring the local area.



A child-friendly beach is located just 100 metres from the house and is easily accessible from the property. The large fenced garden offers plenty of space for play and relaxation, while the fire pit creates a cosy atmosphere for evenings outdoors. Several terraces around the house allow you to find either a sunny or sheltered spot throughout the day.



The surrounding area offers plenty of holiday experiences. Just 2 kilometres away lies Reersø, known for its charming harbour with fishing boats, a café and an ice cream shop. The village also features a vibrant artistic community and a vintage car museum, popular with visitors of all ages.



Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the coastal surroundings. The western side of the peninsula offers excellent seasonal fishing opportunities for sea trout, flatfish and garfish. Open coastal landscapes and sea views make the area ideal for walking and cycling.



Several attractions and excursion destinations can also be reached within a short drive. Here, beach life, nature, charming harbour environments and local experiences combine to create a memorable holiday.
