A cozy double bedroom and a separate cabin with bunk beds are available. The spacious living and dining area with a seating area and sofa bed invites you to spend time together. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine, among other amenities, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features a shower (hairdryer not available).

A special highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace with a hot tub and relaxation lounge. In addition, the sun terrace on the upper floor offers magnificent views of the sea and the marina.

The location directly in the Novigrad Marina offers easy access to numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars. Beach access is also within easy reach. This exceptional houseboat offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere.

ATTENTION:
The bridge to the boathouses is opened during inclement weather for safety reasons. In this case, you will not be able to use the dock. Please contact the marina, the staff will escort you safely to your boathouse.
