Needs repair

The upstairs shower did not work. The blinds downstairs were broken. The downstairs sink had a loose screw and hardly functioned. The location was amazing and the manager lent me an extension cord which was very nice. Easy to find and check in.

Long walk to front door

The condo was very roomy. All the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished with the exception of the living room sofa; it was smelly and saggy. Saggy I can deal with but the smell of grime, human oils and sweat I cannot. The bed in the master was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked. The bathrooms were very clean. I would stay again if they replaced the sofa as the price was reasonable.

Lakeshore vacation

Great opportunity to explore beautiful area of Huntington Lake and beyond. Stunning views of the mountains, beautiful meadows and chance to see deers and other wild life. Great for those who enjoy fishing and hiking. Condo close to the Lake in very peaceful atmosphere. Large kitchen very well equipped. Dining area with big table and lots of space to seat. Leaving room specious well furnished. The whole condo comfortable if you don’t mind lots of stairs. Patio with possibility to BBQ or just seat there if you want fresh air without leaving the house or observe night crystal clean sky with all the stars. No regular store and gas station so get your supplies in Shaver Lake. Close by saloon is great to eat lunch and deck by marina to have a beer and enjoy spectacular view of the Lake. I enjoyed staying there very much.

Family get a way

The condo was clean and very well stocked. The kids spent some time in the "wreck room" by the pool and hot tub- as they called it and had a blast. The staff they met there were very friendly and the kids had lots of great things to say to them. There was 1 issue with a breaker that was resolved very quickly. The location is close to the lake, and to entertainment. We went to the Saloon for breakfast, and to the boat dock for lunch. Everything and everyone was terrific. Will definitely be doing this again soon.

Great location

If you are headed to the lake or the slopes you can’t beat this location. Lots of stairs so be mindful of what you pack and your access needs. Comfortable condo and the kitchen was very well equipped. We watched a bit of tv so the cable was great. There is no WiFi but cell signal was fine. Really grateful for our time here and served our family well

Absolutely adorable

My girlfriend and I loved our little get away. READ: there is NO WiFi! Very limited service for Verizon, no service for T-Mobile….we absolutely loved being secluded and hanging out watching the fire place. Huntington lake is very secluded with the last options for grocery or gas in shaver lake. Come prepared and ready to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Huntington lake. We spent a day trip to Yosemite, highly recommend the 3 hour drive to the heart of Yosemite valley, and two days at China peak resort. Absolutely adorable area to leave the world behind.

Cabin 12

The cabin was cleaned, excepts the cobb webs. The hot water only last about three minutes. The master bedroom bed was not conformable, we actually left a night early because we count sleep on it. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes and pans you would need. The will need to be washed as most on them were dirty, probably because of the lack of hot water.

Comfortable Stay

Good location, great for large groups to get multiple units near each other. Property managers were friendly and informative. Nice pool and hot tub. Be sure to bring your own food and supplies because there is no store in town. For older folks the amount of stairs could be an issue, in and outside of the condo. Over all a nice experience.

clean but showers were wuite rough, broken tiles, cracked and stained grout. No WIFI although that was listed as an amenity. Pictures showed different furniture. well equipped kitch although oven door did not completely shut keeping oven light on and impeding proper heating.

Condo 12

The condo itself wasn't terrible. The bathrooms were a bit outdated and in turn made them seem a little dirty (mostly the showers). But the spiders and cobwebs, they were everywhere. I killed several large spiders upon my arrival and after realizing they were everywhere , my anxiety spiked and I ended up calling customer support for backup They couldn't send anyone out the same day but they did follow up the next morning. I ended up finding somewhere else to sleep the first night of my stay. Maintenance came to clean all the cobwebs, set some traps, and left some spider spray, and they were going to schedule an exterminator for a few days later. In an effort to validate that I wasn't just being a total baby, I took several pictures of some of the spiders I encountered. My concerns were validated and they agreed that I wasn't being a baby and they were happy I called. Maintenance cleaned up all the cobwebs and killed several spiders while they were there. I had a few more encounters during the remainder of my stay but it was much better. I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer service. It was awesome. They were timely when answering the phone and I never once had to call them to follow up. They reached out to me when they said they would and they came when they said they would. I would definitely rent from Vacasa again but probably won't be back to this condo due to my own personal spider PTSD.

A qualified Pleased

We were pleased, but disappointed in many aspects. There was no wi-fi though the in-house brochure said to reset the router (where was it?), the shower pan had tape to patch a hole, very unsanitary, and we had to buy napkins, paper towels, and aluminum foil - all should have been provided for what we paid. As is, I would not recommend this unit.

Huntington Lake condo

The property was as listed. There was a little difficulty in finding the right condo when we arrived and there was no one available to ask for help but eventually we did find it. The directions that were stated did not match what we encountered on the road signs. The biggest problem occurred the next morning when there was no electricity available which continued until 6 PM. So we were not able to enjoy a nice breakfast or even a cup of coffee. They said it was due to a PGE upgrade which I believe would have been scheduled and residents of the area should have been made aware of. Luckily we took a hike all day and were gone from the condo until late afternoon. Management did reimburse us 100.00 for the inconvenience but still it did put a damper on our day. The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the time that we were in it and would like to return again

Overall great!!

This is a great condo if you don’t mind carrying your stuff about 4 houses down from the parking lot. For a big family with small kids who may have a lot its a bit of a treck. But the place was absolutely spot clean, the kitchen ideal. It had everything you need as far as spices, pans, really Everything! The bunk beds the kids said were so comfortable. It had memory foam on top. They loved hanging out there. The key was tricky and was a bit hard opening the door but my teenage daughter seemed to have the knack for opening it. I loved the distance to the lake and we went on the rancheria hike and we went to mono springs all on the same day. We had the time of our lives. I would stay here again. I rated a 4 and not a five because of the back and fourth walking we had to do to take all our stuff into the house and because it didn’t have wifi.
