Charming house, 45 m2, in the heart of the hamlet of Pozzaccio, 2 minutes from the beach and its sailing club. Located in the shade of the maquis for a rejuvenating holiday, overlooking the Sanguinaires and the Castagna Tower.
Ideally placed, in a preserved environment and close to the most beautiful beaches, Portigliolo, the silver beach (5 mins), the Isolella peninsula (10 mins), Cala d'Orzu (25 mins), Cupabia (40 mins ) ....
Towels and sheets are provided, there is a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Maud et Nicolas - quoi dire? Les hĂŽtes de merveille!! Perfect for us! Hidden in a discreet hameau, close to the sea and several beaches, for which you'll need a car. With a garden of holm oaks and mimosa, leading to the totally private house and its terrace, tastefully furnished and decorated, with every single need covered, with quality, what more???? Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen im "lĂ©zard tranquille". Im Ferienhaus gibt es alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Einfahrt ins GrundstĂŒck ist ein wenig spektakulĂ€r, aber mit etwas Übung kein Problem. Wir genossen die Zeit auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und wunderschönen SonnenuntergĂ€ngen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief einwandfrei - schnelle Antworten und viel Entgegenkommen.Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Zeit!

Urlaub im GrĂŒnen

Vielen Dank noch einmal fĂŒr Maud, die sich um uns gekĂŒmmert und uns quasi die WĂŒnsche von den Lippen abgelesen hat. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was nach Annonce das Herz begehrt. Und nachdem wir uns die nĂ€chtlichen MĂŒcken vom Hals schaffen konnten (leider ohne Fliegengitter), waren es auch erholsame NĂ€chte. Ob ich jedoch bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen die NĂ€chte genießen könnte, wage ich zu bezweifeln.

Ein Kleinod

Das kleine HĂ€uschen von Maud ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die große eher schattige Holzterrasse macht den Aufenthalt im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm. Wir waren Ende September dort, das Wetter war nicht so toll, es war sehr kĂŒhl und regnerisch, dass wir nicht immer draußen sitzen konnten. Da kommt so ein kleines Haus an seine Grenzen. Innen ist es zu dĂŒster, das Licht mit den Energiesparlampen empfanden wir als ungemĂŒtlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus daher eher nicht fĂŒr den Herbst, auch der „Ort“ ist wie dann ausgestorben und in den paar Restaurants fĂŒhlt man sich nicht willkommen.

Herrliches FerienhÀuschen mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in Mauds HĂ€uschen. Die Einrichtung ist besonders liebevoll bis ins kleinste und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Highlight ist die baumhausartige Terrasse, wo wir jeden Abend de Sonnenuntergang genossen. In 5 min Entfernung befindet sich zudem einer der schönsten StrĂ€nde der WestkĂŒste. Calme et dépaysement

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour au « lĂ©zard tranquille ». La maison est bien situĂ©e, dans un coin trĂšs tranquille. Elle est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e et amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Elle dispose d’une jolie terrasse ombragĂ©e avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse de Maud, la propriĂ©taire, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage en Corse. Anne et Didier

Ferien im Baumhaus

Es waren drei sehr schöne Wanderwochen im wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Maud. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr besorgt jedoch ganz unaufdringlich. Man hat hier ganz seine Ruhe. Die Veranda ist ein Baumhaus mit Meerblick, der Holzboden ist sehr gemĂŒtlich. Man ist mitten in der Natur. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten, die man mit dem Auto erreichen kann.

Le lézard tranquille

Der Name passt wunderbar. Ein Ort der Erholung und Entspannung als Erlebnis: die leichte Meerbrise, das Lichtspiel unter den BĂ€umen, der Meerblick, Schildkröten, Geckos als Mitbewohner auf der Terrasse. Und fĂŒr alles was sich drin abspielt: das Haus ist so liebevoll und Ă€sthetisch eingerichtet - eine WohlfĂŒhl-Oase. Maud und Nicolas waren liebenswerte und umsichtige Gastgeber. Das Paradies auf Erden

Wir hatten eine supertolle und entspannte Zeit in dem Domizil von Maud. Vorab - fĂŒr uns mehr als empfehlenswert! Obwohl man Geheimtipps eigentlich fĂŒr sich behalten sollte. Die Bilder in der Gallerie oben entsprechen der RealitĂ€t und sind weder bearbeitet oder gestellt. Nach einer wilden Fahrt von Bastia nach Ajaccio gelangten wir nach ca. 3h zur „kleinen Eidechse“. Ein kleines Abenteuer ist die Zufahrt ab der Hauptstraße zum Haus. Gelingt aber auf Grund exakter Angaben hervorragend und setzt den sicheren Umgang mit einem Auto voraus. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung war herzlich und alles wurde uns bestens erklĂ€rt. Auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes wird Hilfe angeboten, aber nicht aufgedrĂ€ngt (unsere Kommunikation auf Englisch war absolut problemlos). Im HĂ€uschen ist fĂŒr den Alltag alles vorhanden. Hier und da könnte es etwas mehr sein (gr. Topf) aber prinzipiell alles top. FĂŒr uns kein Problem da wir unsere Utensilien immer dabei haben. Die Unterkunft ist mehr als sauber und ĂŒbersichtlich geplant so das man sich sofort wohl fĂŒhlt. Das Bett ist ein Traum und die Kissen, Decken und BettwĂ€sche im makellosen Zustand. Das Bad ist riesig und pikobello. Die Außenanlage ist „Futter fĂŒr die Augen“ und der Blick zum Meer, besonders der Sonnenuntergang ein Highlight. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und es sind ĂŒberall Tiere versteckt (z.B. Eidechsen und Schildkröten). Diesen Garten hĂ€tte man gerne selber zu Hause. Unser Hund fĂŒhlte sich sofort wohl und ging gleich auf Erkundung im umzĂ€unten GelĂ€nde. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind beschrĂ€nkt, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Die Fahrt zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt dauert min. 20 Minuten. Deshalb - Planung ist hier das halbe Leben. SelbststĂ€ndige Menschen freuen sich auf diese Aufgabe. Die Lebensmittel sind generell wesentlich teurer als in Deutschland. Kreditkarte empfohlen, dann tut es erst spĂ€ter weh
 KrĂ€uter findet man um das Haus herum, frischer geht es nicht. Die StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he sind sehr schön, z.B. Plage de Castagna. Wir waren Ende Mai vor Ort und es waren keine MenschenanhĂ€ufungen anzutreffen. Ein Auto ist auch hier ein Muss. Wer zu Fuß unterwegs sein will kann ab dem HĂ€uschen sofort in die Flora und Fauna eintauchen und sich tagelang sowie menschenleer daran ergötzen. Unterm Strich - eine absolute Bereicherung und viele ruhige Tage fĂŒr uns. Somit eine Empfehlung an alle die weder Club, Animation oder BĂ€llebad benötigen. Ein Ort den man gerne sofort wieder aufsuchen wĂŒrde!

Ein kleines Paradies mit Meerblick

"Die stille Eidechse" ist ein wundervoller Ort. Das kleine Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die SonnenuntergĂ€nge von der Terasse mitten in den Baumwipfeln genossen. Unser Hund was fasziniert von den Wildschweinen, die abends vorbeikommen - das GrundstĂŒck ist zum GlĂŒck gut eingezĂ€unt. Maud ist eine nette aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit und konnten viel von der schönen Insel entdecken.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Natur

Wir haben unsere Woche im maison lizard sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und herzlich, das Haus ein romantischer RĂŒckzugsort in den HĂŒgeln, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem nah an den StrĂ€nden und Örtchen der Umgebung.

Une semaine de vacances

TrĂšs jolie maison amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Bonne situation pour dĂ©couvrir cette partie du littoral et profiter de randonnĂ©es.
