Fantastic location for the slopes and ski school

First time skiing - apartment was very well located and had everything we needed after a day on the slopes! Stairs were tiring though - it’s in the fifth floor!

Great place for skiing. Just next to ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Had issues checking in but probably my fault. Make sure and read the check in instructions carefully. I didnt expect to have to pay for sheets and towels but that may be normal in this area.

Functional appartment with direct access to skilift

Appartment very functional for a family wintersport holyday. Direct access to piste and ski lift from Les Esserts up hill. Appartment is well decorated to feel at home immediately. Beware that the check inn communication runs though an agency. From them you will get the code of the key locker.

Annonce mensongère, les propriétaire annonçaient une piscine dans la résidence qui n'a jamais existé avant de modifier l'annonce la veille de notre arrivée. j'avais, heureusement pris une capture d'écran de l'annonce avant d'arriver et permis d'obtenir un petit rabais... Une vraie ambiance de ski

L'appartement est idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Agréable, propre et bien équipé. Literie qui pourrait être plus confortable mais qui reste correcte pour un court séjour. Morillon offre un beau domaine skiable et le village Les Essert où se trouve l'appartement, est, sous la neige vraiment très joli.

Great location next to the sloppes and a comfortable apartment.

We had a great one week stay for the February half-term. This was our third trip to Morillon so we know the resort well now. The location is excellent, being adjacent to the slopes, ski school rendezvous and ski hire shops. It was a comfortable apartment for five of us and the wi-fi very good, important for my teenage sons! The owners were very quick to respond to any queries we had The local property managers were not fluent in English, so it made the check-in process a little clunky but we got there in the end - I always feel equally to blame for this as my French is so poor. Thank goodness for Google translate. The only other issue is being on the fifth floor it challenges the legs after a long day on the slopes - though the ski locker is on the 2nd. All in all, this is a great apartment, well located and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Les Esserts. Thank you B&Y!

Un lieu chaleureux au pied des pistes

A 2adultes et 2enfants, nous étions à l'aise et hormis un bon couteau pour apprécier les charcuteries locales et un mitigeur pour la baignoire pour faciliter les douches notamment des enfants, rien ne manque dans cet appartement idéalement décoré et idéalement situé. Le 4ème étage sans ascenseur pique à l'arrivée et au départ mais au cours du séjour, personne ne s'est plaint ni les adultes ni les enfants de 10ans et 7ans (le local à ski est au 2ème). Petit bémol: à l'arrivée, nous avons dû dégivrer le frigo car le compartiment freezer était complètement "scellé"; vu la température extérieure ce n'était pas grave mais le nécessaire aurait pu être réalisé lors de la préparation de l'appartement.

Notre appartement de 52 m2 a en effet une salle de bain avec baignoire et un wc séparé. Et surtout, il convient de préciser que le grand ballon d'eau chaude permet à toute la famille de se doucher avec de l'eau chaude.

Un appartement très agréable, même pour un séjour d'été, et même si Morillon ou Samoens sont mieux situés comme point de départ vers les nombreuses randonnées dans la région. Le balcon et la vue sont magnifiques. La déco est très chaleureuse, tout l'équipement nécessaire est là pour le quotidien, c'est un endroit où l'on se sent bien immédiatement, dès qu'on a posé ses valises. Un endroit à recommander aussi bien en hiver qu'en été.

Bel appartement bien situé

L’appartement est très mignon et très bien équipé. Le balcon très bien exposé. Pas d’ascenseur donc il ne faut pas avoir peur de grimper les 5 étages (zone de déchargement et parking) ou 3 si l’on arrive du centre de la station. Cela fait un bel entraînement sportif pour le ski ou les randos et pour nous ce ne fut pas un problème. Nous avons testé l’été: magnifique région: on est très vite dans la vallée et il est facile de rayonner un peu partout. Petit bémol concernant la piscine: comme indiqué, elle est dans une autre résidence qui n’est pas juste à côté et elle ne nous était pas ouverte à cause du COVID-19. Appartement à recommander pour autant car charmant et bien situé! Bon organisation pour les arrivées et départs 👍👍👍

Excellent contact avec le gérant local pour les modalités d'arrivée et de départ. Logement bien placé. Attention, juste en face des oeufs donc entre 8h et 18h il y a le bruit du fonctionnement de la remontée (qui ne gêne pas lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées). Très bonne exposition. Nous étions 8 (5 adultes et 3 enfants), soit la capacité maximale du logement : l'espace est alors bien occupé, mais aucun souci pour manger tous ensemble. Une suggestion d'amélioration : les tablettes dans le local à ski font perdre beaucoup de volume pour le stockage de 8 paires de ski et n'apportent pas grand chose. Au total, un très bon logement, conforme au descriptif et juste en face des départs des télésièges.

Accommodation was great and really well positioned for the slopes especially once the kids moved up from the kindergarten as less walking with all the skis. Only drawback was the apartment is on the 5th floor so carrying all luggage up there was a mission! Great week though thank you!

Notre semaine dans cet appartement a vraiment été très agréable avec tous les petits plus proposés: machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, wifi, et surtout pistes au pied de l'immeuble... On reviendra! Juste l'escalier à surveiller avec les jeunes enfants

Goede ligging

Een echt frans appartement met een goede ligging aan de piste. Niet ver van de lift en skischool vandaan. Let er wel op dat de borg met een cheque gaat. Kan niet met creditcard en bij contact moet je er achteraan om het terug te krijgen. Verder wel eenprima appartement voor 4 volwassenen en 2 jongere kinderen.
