It is an all brick ranch on 1/2 acre lot with a brick two car garage.
We can accommodate up to 10 guests. We have three full bedrooms and two convertible areas for sleeping arrangements.

Recplex Swim Meet Mini Vacation

Stayed for four days for a swim meet at the Recplex in Pleasant Prairie. Nice amount of space and we enjoyed visiting the lakefront, zoo and lighthouse during our stay. Property manager was great and very responsive.

Family vacation

Our stay was amazing. The owner's were on top of everything from check in to snacks ready for the kids when we walked in the door to wine for the adults. Any thing you forgot to bring they had in the house. Thank you so much for everything.

Convenience in Racine

Nice, well furnished house. Close to stores and amenities and only 10 minutes or so to the lake front. Owner stayed on top of things through out a bad storm and power outage.

A great place to stay with great property management. You even get wine and and O&H Kringle! I’d go back just to get the Kringle but it was a great stay and with family up that way we will definitely be back!

Beautiful "Beachy" Vibe on the Water.

I book a lot of rentals for our band that tours all over the country and this was one of the best experiences we've had. House was awesome with a cool vibe and located directly across from the lake. Very gracious host, responded quickly to replace a pack-n-play. House was on a busier road than we realized and road noise made sleeping more difficult. House generally clean, blinds were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked well.

We enjoyed the house. It was a good location for both Milwaukee and Chicago travel. We enjoyed the beach, a little chilly for swimming but nice for walking and just chilling. Living / dining area nice and open. Dishwasher a little temperamental but it was an older model. On a busy street but traffic was not too bad for noise.

Cozy and clean

House was nicely decorated, cozy and clean. Beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable. Gym equipment was nice and we used it each morning. Loved the personal touches Christopher offers. We were welcomed with a sign, a bottle of wine (Ecco Domani Pino Grigio-my favorite!), snacks and a delicious Kringle. Christopher was attentive and always easy to get in touch with. I will def stay with Christopher at his properties again!

Loved the Location

Due to a mix up in clients, Chris gave us another property in Racine that we really enjoyed and everything was worked out before our check in time. Chris was a great host making us feel welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, and our favorite an O&H Kringle! One of the things that would help make the property more comfortable is having a fan in all of the bedrooms. Thanks for taking care of us Chris! we will definitely be back!

Lovely property

The home was perfect, exactly like the photos. The kids loved the mini-golf and fuse-ball table. The host was excellent. The Kringle was delicious. The beds were comfortable. The only negative is that the house is on a very busy road with constant road noise & sirens from ambulances on their way to/from the nearby hospital. I had a fan to drown out the noise. There was a turn around area so you could always pull out facing forwards, which was nice.

Christopher was great at communicating with us. Very easy check-in and check-out process. House is well-stocked, and the treats (especially the chips and kringle) were much appreciated by our family. Internet is fast and lots of TV options. Convenient location and good parking--we liked how there was room to turn the car around so we didn't have to back out into the street. Rated four stars instead of five because the house was mostly clean but not sparkling. Would stay here again. Thank you, Christopher!

Great time and nice property...one issue I wanted to report for the maintenance team. The kitchen sink is leaking on the left side around the PVC joint...I used a metal bowel to catch water...it was leaking bad enough to make the floor. wet. That's all...great rental! :-)

This home was perfect for our family of 6 with room to spare. The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond with thoughtful extras and conveniences like shampoo, snacks for the kids, and a Kringle and wine for us! The kids had a fenced backyard to play in, and the property came with activities like mini golf, games, and foosball to keep them busy. The added wi-fi was a blessing too. My only little wish would have been for a laundry basket to carry clothes up and down from the basement laundry, and an available baby gate for the stairs. The stay was as perfect and comfortable as we could have wished for, and the beds were great and had hotel quality bedding and amenities. Thank you!

Meet in the Middle Weekend

My husband & I made spontaneous plans to meet our daughter & son-in-law and booked this property with just 36 hours notice for New Year’s weekend. It was a perfect place to land for a comfortable, laid back weekend of cooking and card playing. We livened things up by setting off the fire alarms when frying bacon and learned quickly how super-responsive and caring Chris, the owner is! Thankfully, he also has a great sense of humor. The foosball table and SMART TV were great additions for a fun indoor winter weekend. Beds and pillows measured up to the property description making for a great sleeping experience. In the future, we’ll look for more properties owned by Chris!

Kenosha Trip

Great home for family of 4. Very clean and well appointed. We were travelling for baseball tournament, so was nice place to come home to. The wine, snacks and local Kringle added a nice touch. Boys especially loved having Quik Trip just a couple of blocks away. The front bedroom gets noisy with traffic from ambulances, fire engines and motorcycles. Ear plugs are highly recommended. Overall, great place and nice places nearby to visit- lakefront, Wind Point lighthouse, farmers markets, etc.

Great house

We had an amazing time. House is in the perfect location, close to stores, as well as the beach. Loved the backyard, perfect for grilling and hanging out. House was the perfect size, and rooms were very comfortable. A little noisy at night, due to busy road. But otherwise would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Loved the extra touches from Chris, the snacks, wine and Kringle.

I have been married to my wife Alane for over 35 years. We have 3 boys. My two oldest sons married Brazilian girls, Gilly and Juliana.

Arthur and Juliana live in the Baltimore area with our new little granddaughter Victoria. She's so cute. Arthur is a computer programmer and Juliana is an employment specialist.

Alex and Giselle are in San Jose, California. Giselle is the first doctor in the family and teaches at the University of San Jose. Alex is our sales manager at our company in Phoenix.

Our youngest, Christopher (The FooF) is disabled and is the coolest kid. He's 29 years old. Our family travels to a great many places. Foof goes with us to the Grand Cayman's several times a year and other places like Aruba, Hawaii, Indy car races, concerts, and more. He loves to visit with his brothers and hang out.

I travel to China several times a year for business and pleasure. I feel with all the travelling we do, we know what travelers want and like. So, we have gone the extra mile to make our properties fun and unique. We print the custom artwork you see at our properties at my company in Phoenix. We have top notch beds, pillows, and bedding for "the ultimate sleep experience." Gym equipment, fun activities like Foosball tables, putting greens, and more!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property to refurbish it, and in the process found it was turning out so nice that we wanted to do something different. So, doing short term rentals came up and that was the ticket. We put in a three hole putting green, gym equipment, and lots of activities. We made custom printed canvases for the home and wall wraps for the lower level.

What makes this property unique

1/2 acre lot gave us room to put in a three hole putting green! We are adding a volley ball court and a fire pit this spring. Spacious, all brick home with all brick two car garage. Full lower level allows us space to do many activities like a gym, Foosball table, and cocktail seating.
