Bourg d'Oisansin kylän sydämessä, rauhallisella kadulla, lähellä kaikkia kauppoja. Lähellä linja-autoasemaa. Itsenäinen lomahuoneisto uudessa talossa. Sisäänkäynti jaettu toisen mökin kanssa nro 1300292. Mökki 10 hengelle, 125 m2, 1 makuuhuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta 80 / 200,2 makuuhuonetta, joissa 1 vuode 160 / 200,1 makuuhuone, 1 vuode 140/190, ulosvedettävä sohva (2 x 80/200) väliseinällä, iso oma terassi 40m2 , yläkerran parveke, hiihto- ja pyörähuone, julkinen pysäköinti gîten edessä. 2 sbbain-suihkukaappi, 2 wc, keittiö avoin olohuoneeseen tt varustettu, astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, pakastin. Pääsy 15 minuutissa autolla Alpe d'Huez ja 20 min les 2 Alpes. Linja-autoasema 5 minuutin kävelymatka, bussi hiihtokeskuksiin (Alpe d'Huez, les 2 Alpes). Käynnistä sekuntikello kylän sydämessä legendaariselle Alpe d'Huezin kiipeilylle. Patikointi, ratsastus, maastopyöräily, melonta, benjihyppy; mineraalimuseo.

Brilliant property and location

Staying with friends for a week's cycling the Alpes. Anne Sophie's property was in the perfect location and had plenty of room for all of us (we were 7 people but could easily fit 2 more). There was a secure bike locker downstairs and the outside veranda and balcany were perfect. Bourg d'Oisans is a beautiful village and well worth a visit. Merci Beaucoup Anne Sophie xx

Large apartment right in town

Loved staying at this property. It looks just as pictured with lots of amenities. It’s a large, comfortable 4 bedroom apartment with plenty of space for large parties. It’s walking distance to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The bus stop was a quick 5 minute walk to get up to the ski resort in the mountain. Host is friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Great valley location

Fabulous property in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and perfect base for cyclists and hikers to explore the great rides and trails of the area.

Un lieu super pour des vacances réussies

Appartement top situé au 1er et dernier étage d'une maison typique d'une petite ville de montagne. Restauré avec goût et très fonctionnel, il est doté d'un équipement complet. "Cerise sur le gâteau", une grande terrasse illumine encore plus l'espace et promet des moments chaleureux lors des journées de beau temps. Le lieu est très calme. Anne-Sophie sait vous accueillir avec jovialité et simplicité. Situé à quelques kilomètres de la station de l'Alpe d'Huez, le lieu est également à distance raisonnable de la station des 2 Alpes : de quoi profiter pleinement de la neige. C'est ici l'assurance de vacances paisibles. Merci Anne-Sophie !

Super weekend ski entre amis

Nous avons passé un super week-end ski entre amis dans ce beau chalet spacieux et très propre. Le logement, très confortable et avec sa décoration typique, peut largement accueillir 10 occupants. Il est situé en plein centre du Bourg-d’oisan avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture des télécabines de Vénosc permettant l’accès aux pistes des 2 Alpes. Je tiens à remercier Anne-Sophie pour ce week-end inoubliable.

Very nice stay in Bourg D’Oisans

We had a family reunion in Bourg D’Oisans in August 2019. We love the terrasse and location of the house in the middle of the village closed to everything.

Lovely apartment, good location, great host!

We (6 adults + 1 child) spent an amazing week in the mountains to see in New Year 2019. The apartment is well located for the brilliant ski resort of Alpe d'Huez and is good value for money. It took us about 30 minutes to drive to the Les Bergers base every morning, but it was a stunning drive especially when you break through the clouds. The apartment is very cosy, well equipped and right in the center of the village. Free parking is on your doorstep, there's a supermarket across the roads and there are some lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are brilliant and helped me so much planning and booking everything that we needed for a great stay and to enjoy the New Years Eve celebrations. They were also on hand during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking to do Alpe d'Huez but trying to keep costs down, this is a great option.

Great location, great setting

We stay here every year because it is literally in the middle of town and the cottage setting is lovely. It's modern interior and appliances make it seem like a home away from home. The landlords speak English and are very accommodating with using the washing machine and any information you need regarding things to do around town. There is off street parking out the back, great internet and pretty much everything you could need for your stay.

Lovely property, great location

A really lovely house right in the centre of Bourg D'Oisans, modern and clean with a nice outside seating area. Very quiet at night despite its central location. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and an ideal base for cycling in the mountains with secure bike storage in the house. Good kitchen equipment and cooking facilities. Just to note there is no washing machine, and if you want bed linen you need to let the owner know in advance. Also no towels so bring your own, but this isn't a problem as long as you know in advance! House is plenty big enough for 6 people, up to 8 should be ok, but I think anything over that could be a bit of a squeeze and there are only 2 bathrooms, so just bear this in mind if booking for a larger group. Anne-Sophie was most helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely superb property with incredible owners

We rented this property for a family cycling holiday and I'm writing this review as I sit on one of the balconies drinking coffee in the morning sun of our last day. I have to say the property is absolutely perfect and far better than the photos look. It is clean, spacious, modern, well-equipped and in a perfect central location that is both close to everything and wonderfully quiet. The two balconies, two sitting areas and the open-plan kitchen area give a family enough space to be apart as well as superb communal areas to simply cook, eat and chat together after a long day out on the bikes. We have rented many great properties over the years and this is one of the best, but what sets it apart are the owners who live in an adjoining property. We had a small accident that needed medical attention and at 10PM Anne-Sophie didn't hesitate to sort out a taxi to the next town and the on-call Dr to come and tend to the wounds. This was all done with a smile and genuine desire to look after her guests. Anyone can build a nice property, but making you feel welcome is a rare commodity that this family achieve perfectly. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the areas and we will undoubtedly be back.

Great property, great hosts

We spent a week with a group of cyclists and loved our stay. Anne Sophie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment, with a great view, excellent rooms and nice hosts! We can just recommend a stay!

The apartment exceeds over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room area includes the kitchen and dining area. The rooms are nicely equiped with cool wooden furnitures. From the balcony and big terrace you have a great view to a mountain wall! Les Deux Alpes, Venosce, Alpe d'Huez, Alemont are just some minutes away by car. Just if you want to have cleaned the apartment and not cleaning it by yourself you have to let it know the hosts in advance. They are helpful and nice. Always to have for a chat or helping with a question! We are happy to come back soon!

Du bonheur en famille!!!!

superbe chalet entièrement restauré,aménagé confortablement, avec gout , et ça situation idéale nous a permis de faire de nombreuses activité (rando, ballade, patinage, piscine, ski, luge, etc....) Nous avons passez un bon séjour en famille.

A great experience

Super endroit pour allier sport et détente

Nous avons, mes amis et moi, passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique gite qui doit être idéal pour une semaine au ski. La neige n'étant pas tout à fait présente en ce mois d'octobre, nous avons toutefois pu nous balader et faire de magnifiques randonnées. Les paysages valent le détour!! Le village de Bourg d'Oisans est vraiment agréable et reposant, avec tout à porté de main (restaurants, boulangerie, hypermarchés, etc.) et deux grandes stations de ski (les 2alpes et l'alpe d'huez). Nous avons vraiment été ravi de notre séjour et de l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Je le recommande fortement.
